Lovely shot of your horse, and already have Tuesday Muse up on my sidebar. Lovely textures , by the way. Went out to the arboretum yesterday just to have more photos to use with these! Thanks so much Nancy. Oh, and told my husband about your lovely dogs. Would be an easy drive to nebraska to your breeder. Hugs from Texas
ReplyDeleteHorses are funny--they never quite know what I am when I ride by on my recumbent bike. Some are curious, and will check it out, and others flee in terror.
ReplyDeleteHorses always seem to be super friendly on my country drives, always walk to the fence, probably checking to see if I have any food on me. I will definitely join you for your latest meme.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely horse in the snow. Our snow is all gone and it was above freezing this morning for the first time in a long while.

ReplyDeleteNice shot! He looks so muscular.
ReplyDeletePretty Palomino... you've got his attention... I'd probably have treats in my pocket... I love the feel of their soft noses...
ReplyDeleteDo you find it as difficult as I do not to stop and make friends with someone else's horse? Especially one who is paying you a whit of attention?
ReplyDeleteOh... and especially if you have leftover horsie treats in your pocket, or perhaps even a baby carrot or fourteen?
No?
Me neither. Ahem.
Nice photo of the horse and the farmyard too. I find horses are as nosey as cows don't you? They have to come to the fence to visit. ;)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture! This is what snow should look like.
ReplyDeleteI've not been around horses much, and didn't know friendly--as in coming to you--could be an attribute of theirs. This one is a beauty.
ReplyDeleteAh, what a beautiful photo of a beautiful horse.
