ReplyDeleteMaybe when we ever get this place of ours 'landscaped".....have only been on it for 2 1/2 years.......I will plant some of these. Low maintenance I believe??
ReplyDeletewe own 1/4 section.....lease out some for cows, and some for crops. I want to concentrate on that "portion" I hope to call my Yard.

ReplyDeleteThe iris are beautiful. Ours did not do well this spring. They need to be thinned. That will be my project for September! Mother has some here that have been in the same place for at least 40 years!

ReplyDeleteOops! Nancy I just read "best or favorite photo of the WEEK". This photo was from February. I will do it right next week and that is good. Make me get out and shoot a current photo, sometimes I can't get motivated. All I want to do is play in the yard or sit under the Oaks and read :)

Both are beautiful, but I think I like the color of the middle one best. Not a color I'm used to seeing.
