  13. This is a great find--looks like a real working farm and barn. But even the best image can do with a litte "touchup" like some texturizing. :-)

  20. Oh, what a pretty scene! I haven't been able to learn how to do textures - just haven't had the right teacher, I guess. I'm kind of an HDR-type person rather than soft and gossamer, but I do like what you do with them on your photos!

  31. These nostalgic views of rural Nebraska remind me I'm going to miss our twice yearly trek to visit the grands in Colorado. We found many fine back country highways to avoid I-80 and enjoyed them all.... Now we get I 35 & I40 through the semi and actual deserts on the way to Arizona...

  39. Thanks for the sweet visit, Nancy. Our families and friends are luckily ok, even Zeno's uncle that lives not far from the earthquake center. It's difficult to live abroad in these cases :( we sure miss our families more than ever right now.
