I'm participating in a photo challenge called Edit Me, hosted by Branson Lee at My Reflection of Something and Stephanie of Behind the Camera and Dreaming. Here's how Branson explains the process:
This challenge is all about taking a photo and making it your own with the editing program of your choice! It is also about learning a little bit from each other, and exploring new styles! There are no restrictions (unless specifically stated within the post for the week), but we do ask that you share a little bit about how you arrived at your finished product.
This week's beautiful image, shown above, was provided by my friend, Kristy, of Life-n-Reflection.
Here is my edit of Kristy's original creation:
I applied Kristy's earthy texture called Granny Smith, as well as a
canvas-sy texture called Quiet created by yours truly.
I think the two blended very well, if I do say so myself.
If you have a moment, visit the talented and sweet Kristy at Life-n-Reflection, as well
as Branson and Stephanie at the Edit Me site. They have many tips and lots of inspiration
to share with us photography types.
