Rural Thursday Blog Hop #6

Just a few images from our walk yesterday afternoon.

: : :
80 F degrees in mid-March?
Happy, happy, joy, joy.
You can see by the watermark on the trees,
the pond is low for this time of year.
Do you smell what I smell?
Pond Party.
Wouldn't this be even more awesome if one of my initials was "H?"
It was such a gorgeous day.
I wish you could have joined us!

  2. I'm thinking that I need to be somewhere other than in the Pacific Northwest this month! We had two high-60's day last weekend and then we went right back to snow. At least the sun shines and melts the snow by noon, but it's still not spring. The dogs look pretty happy in these photos, don't they? Love those striking red collars!

  14. Wow! We had snow, hail, rain, wind, cold... while the snow did not accumulate much, and was slush on the roads, we've been having this oddball weather for several weeks... and more to come. For western WA we've had about normal weather this winter... love those shots of your pups playing... aren't dogs a delight!?

  41. Hi Nancy, What a fabulous idea for a Rural Thursday. I would join, but I am not able to get out that much and take many pictures. I will give it some serious thought though. I caught up, been down with sinus trouble and horrible headaches. I'll be so happy when everything gets budded out. Then I'll have fall to tend with. lol. Love the pics and hearing about your past and present life. God Bless...
